A disabled mechanic myself it is hard to find a knowledgeable and honest shop. Shawn actually diagnosed the problem with parts and labor just over $1200. A very fair price consideting the dealership could not pinpoint the issue and wanted to replace $4000 in parts "to fix the truck". I'm Very satisfied. My AC wasn't working because of electrical issues and my car was running pretty rough. I used the night drop off the next morning I was contacted with the services they wanted to provide for me and I gave them the go ahead. I went to professional auto engines and I was told it was actually only an inexpensive part that was wrong. It was fixed instantly and saved me hundreds of dollars. Highly recommended , I brought the truck in on a Friday with a blown engine. Shawn was on top with finding and replacing and I was able to pick up the truck on Thursday. Very easy and quick to work with. No throw in charges, they call when the motor is out and advises you of what parts is no more good and will advise of older parts that should be changed while the engine is being replaced.Only charge for parts and no labor. Great service!
